marc and i recently visited washington dc to check out the cherry blossom festival. we even brought kobe along!

Make Pad Thai from scratch... Check!
last night i cooked pad thai from scratch and it came out delicious! (i know because marc wanted to bring leftovers for lunch!)
it was fairly easy to make. the ingredients were hard to find. i spent almost an hour at the local asian market looking for 2 ingredients.
the recipe came from about.com. and i will definitely be making this again!
